As coCEO, Dawn focuses on NimbleUser Operations and Services delivery. Dawn often works with clients to develop organizational strategies and to brainstorm solutions to support those strategies. Dawn's past experience includes working at both Eastman Kodak and the American Heart Association. Dawn received her BS in Mathematical Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego. Outside of work Dawn enjoys being with her family, camping, Airstream Campers, hockey and being outside.
Ronald Wille Jr.

As coCEO, Ron focuses on NimbleUser strategy, sales and marketing. Ron consults with potential customers on the strategic considerations of technology. He most enjoys crafting solutions that help make customers more nimble and working with staff to help them have fulfilling careers. Ron also serves on ASAE's Small Staff Committee.Ron's past experience includes working as a Systems Administrator and Project Manager for an eLearning Company, as well as a Project Manager for an international ISP. Ron received his MBA with a concentration in eCommerce from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business. Outside of work Ron enjoys reading and learning about business, business endeavors and the excitement that comes with them. He also enjoys being with his family, biking, running, being outdoors and motorcycles.
Sigmund VanDamme
Founder
Sig founded NimbleUser under the former name "VanDamme Associates" in 1992. In that time the company has grown significantly. Currently, Sig performs a variety of functions for the company including acting as CIO, managing technology infrastructure and serving as the Company Evangelist. Sig has spoken at national events all over the country and helps organizations embrace new technology concepts. Sig also leads NimbleUser's Customer Support Department leading the team to deliver absolute customer satisfaction. Sig's past experience includes working as a Software Developer with Eastman Kodak. Sig received his BS in Computer Science from Mount Union College. Sig enjoys interacting with customers, spending time with his family, camping, Airstream trailers, fitness and hockey.
Julie Tracz
Account Executive
As an Account Executive for NimbleUser, Julie's role is two-fold. She works with both potential customers and current customers. Her goal is to be a resource whether in the form of assisting with budget preparations, pricing, offering insight or assisting with new ideas and crafting solutions to best meet customer needs. Julie's past experience includes working for the Sisters of Mercy, Rochester Regional Community for over 8 years in the Development Office where she was in charge of the donor database, the annual appeal and several special events. Her time with the Sisters of Mercy provided great insight on non-profit organizations and the fundraising profession. Outside of work Julie enjoys being a mom to her three daughters, spending time with her family and friends, being outside, playing volleyball and photography.
Joe Shaben
Account Executive
As an Account Executive for NimbleUser, Joe helps organizations find solutions to that help clients achieve their goals. Joe works with both potential and existing customers to understand the higher level strategic objectives and to propose a solution that works for the organization's timeline, budget and unique needs.Joe's past experience includes working at a software provider in the Washington DC metropolitan area for almost 9 years and providing accounting software solutions.Outside of work Joe enjoys golfing, fishing, and watching most college and pro sports.
Ryan Kaza
Account Executive
As an Account Executive for NimbleUser, Ryan works with businesses and focuses on Salesforce.com CRM, technology integration, custom development solutions and consulting to optimize decision making while making staff more efficient and demonstrating real ROI. Prior to joining NimbleUser, Ryan spent the past 8 years specializing in public safety technology and records management systems. Ryan received his BA in Economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Outside of work Ryan enjoys motorcycles, Crossfit workouts and real estate.
Beth Farrar
Marketing
As Marketing Coordinator Beth manages the planning, execution & implementation of marketing programs and initiatives including events and company communications. Internally, Beth acts as the voice of the customer ensuring that the client's needs and satisfaction take priority and that the client experience is always top of mind. Prior to NimbleUser, Beth worked in advertising for CVS/Pharmacy headquarters and in HR at Wegmans Food Markets. Beth received her MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and her BS in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo. She enjoys spending time & laughing with family and friends, reading business books/magazines, traveling and learning to cook.
Vidie Williams
Marketing

As Marketing Assistant for NimbleUser, Vidie handles the coordination of conferences, tradeshows and events that the company attends during the year. Additionally, she assists with the planning and execution of the monthly informational webinars offered by NimbleUser. Prior to NimbleUser, Vidie worked in the Marketing Communications department for the Industrial Division of Moog, Inc. for approximately 3 years. Vidie received a BS in Business Management with a Concentration in Marketing as well as an MBA in International Business from Canisius College. She enjoys playing bass guitar with her all girl band and loves fashion.
Nancy VanCamp
HR Coordinator

As HR Coordinator, Nancy helps to keep things running at NimbleUser. Nancy handles the bookkeeping and payroll on the operations side of NimbleUser. She has various responsibilities such as supplying support for the staff and clients when they are on site. Prior to working for NimbleUser, Nancy had a similar role at a Marketing Communications firm. When not at work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren at her cottage.
Diana Arencibia
Operations

As the Operations Coordinator for NimbleUser, Diana handles the bookkeeping for the company. In her free time, Diana enjoys knitting and reading.
Matt Rist
Services Manager

As Services Manager for NimbleUser, Matt helps to make sure that clients, partners and employees are happy and able to to do their jobs to the best of their ability. Having over 16 years of experience in web-related technology, Matt started his career as a developer with a web and database focus and moved into project management and consulting. In his free time Matt loves spending time with his wife and two young kids. He enjoys hockey, soccer, golf, the outdoors (except Adirondack black flies), technology and helping people use it to make their lives better.
Janan Compitello
Project Manager

As Project Manager, Janan is responsible for keeping our projects on track during implementation and is the front line communicator with the client. Janan has over 12 years of experience working with businesses, nonprofit organizations and associations. She was the executive director of two nonprofit arts organizations in Vermont and has worked in Amsterdam, London and Cannes on various Web-based projects. Over the last 7 years, Janan has been focused specifically on developing websites and online engagement strategies. In her freetime, Janan enjoys art, supporting local artists, music, golf, reading, old movies, summer, travel, family & her job.
Jeff Golembiewski
CRM/AMS Evangelist

Jeff Golembiewski brings nearly 19 years of experience working in the nonprofit industry and with iMIS. He is responsible for conducting iMIS implementations for customers, providing training, consulting and business analysis. As CRM Evangelist, Jeff works closely with the sales team & new clients to brainstorm solutions and is very active in industry conferences. Jeff brings a strong skill set to the NimbleUser team after previous experience as the Accounting and Information Systems Manager with the American Financial Services Association and also as a Training Manager with Advanced Solutions International (the developers of iMIS). Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, volleyball, hiking, travel, cooking and home projects.
Garry Polmateer
Product Manager

As Product Manager, Garry is responsible for maintaining the development and growth of our Salesforce.com offerings. He helps to plan development efforts, participates in marketing efforts, attends tradeshows and writes about key product concepts. In addition, he does a great deal of consulting work in the Salesforce arena, both for profit and nonprofit. He helps our clients analyze their business processes to assure they are getting the most out of their technology. Prior to NimbleUser, Garry worked in the Association space in various IT and membership services positions. Garry is currently pursuing additional Salesforce.com certifications along with his CAE (Certified Association Executive). In his freetime Garry enjoys restoring and modifying diesel Volswagens, backpacking, cooking, fishing, playing drums, reading and carpentry.
Donna Whitig
Project Manager

Donna has been working with Associations and Nonprofits for over 20 years. At NimbleUser Donna's time is mainly focused on project management, however she also does business process redesign, Salesforce implementation work as well as iMIS support. Her previous work as the Information Technology Director for a trade association provides her with the ability to easily relate to customers needs and issues from their perspective. Donna received her degree in Management Information Systems from Widener University and is a Certified Project Manager (PMP). In her freetime, Donna enjoys photography, snorkeling and spending time with her family.
Ted Husted
Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, Ted Husted concentrates on identifying business needs and crafting solutions that meet an organization's goals, objectives, and budget. Ted brings 26 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying business applications. He has written four books on unit testing and web development, and often speaks at national conferences on those subjects. Locally, he serves as president of the Rochester chapter of the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA), and Ted is also serving on the Rochester Security Summit organizing committee as Software Track Chair. Ted enjoys grey skies, being inside, WBER, his work and spending time with his wife and kids.
Mendel Guillaume
Senior Developer

As a Sr. Developer, Mendel is involved in solution architecture and the implementation of our web projects. Prior to working for NimbleUser, Mendel graduated from Brooklyn College with a BS in Computer Science and BA in Math. Mendel enjoys travelling, photography, playing basketball, reading and cooking.

As a front-end developer, Craig specializes in Casacading Style Sheets (CSS) or presentation semantics of a web page. Prior to NimbleUser, Craig received his BS in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In his free time, Craig runs an independent record label that specializes in experimental ambient / noise music distributed under a creative commons license. Craig also enjoys photography and collecting music.
Adam Carey

Adam brings years of experience with computer information systems into his role as Project Coordinator with NimbleUser. He is responsible for managing and coordinating client implementations where he acts as the implementer and trainer for iMIS, Public Views, iQA and Google Apps. He also provides support for crystal reports, GoogleApps, iMIS and other technical areas. His number one objective is to give the client the most enjoyable experience possible, while delivering the best in NimbleUser development and training.Prior to NimbleUser Adam received an AAS in Computer Information Systems from SUNY School of Technology at Alfred and a BA in English Literature from SUNY New Paltz. When not at work, Adam enjoys rock climbing, cycles (pedal and motored), and anything else that requires running or balancing. He also likes taking pictures of the great places he's traveled to and talking about music appreciation.

As NimbleUser's Systems Administrator, Dave performs a large variety of functions. Some primary functions include managing NimbleUsers Hosting Facility, Systems within the NimbleUser Office, as well as providing award winning support/services to NimbleUsers clients and internal staff. Prior to NimbleUser, Dave received his BS in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has had a passion for customer service in various roles over the years, starting early in his career. In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, taking cruises, roller-blading, movies, music and people watching.
Domenic Rossi
Tech Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, Dom supports our products, services, clients and employees. Dom is a "jack of all trades" and performs a variety of functions. From fixing a design bug to troubleshooting a database issue to supporting the office network or working on a client support case, Dom is a resource to both clients and staff. Prior to NimbleUser, Dom received his degree in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and has always loved web design and development. In his free time Dom enjoys going to concerts, supporting small local artists, local sports teams, playing softball, volleyball, showboarding and martial arts.
Shane Belmar
Applications Analyst

As an Applications Analyst/Developer at NimbleUser, Shane is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, replicating, diagnosing and resolving user problems. He also troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software for clients. Prior to working for NimbleUser, Shane received his BS in Computer Science from Brooklyn College. He enjoys being at home, traveling, tinkering with anything that has a silicon chip in it, going to the beach and being a new dad.

As a Salesforce.com developer and consultant, Brian analyzes and advises on business processes and then implements those processes on the Salesforce.com platform. Prior to this, Brian graduated from SUNY Fredonia. In his spare time, he is an avid golfer during the summer months and would never back down from a pick up game of soccer.
Jodi Benz
Consultant

As a consultant for NimbleUser, Jodi wears many hats. Her duties include a mix of project management and business analysis. Jodi's main focus is Salesforce.com CRM Implementations. Prior to NimbleUser, Jodi worked as a Data Center Operator, Sr. Programmer Analyst/Developer, MS SQL and Oracle Database Administrator, CRM Administrator for SalesLogix and Salesforce.com. She also works with the Salesforce Foundation donating 1% of her time to helping non-profits get started with Salesforce.com. In her free time, Jodi enjoys spending time with family & friends, one-on-one time with her children, long distance cycling, long walks with a cup of coffee, hiking, weight lifting, cooking, old movies and her work at NimbleUser (particularly one-to-one work w/ clients), helping them find and build solutions to meet their business needs.
Tom Patros
Evangelist

As an Evangelist for NimbleUser, Tom helps customers define strategies and realize their goals by sharing expertise, thinking creatively and implementing technology to make their work easier. Prior to working for NImbleUser Tom was a Web Technology Leader for Corning Inc. and Web Developer for Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Tom is also a Certified Salesforce.com Developer. In his free time Tom enjoys photography, snowboarding and renovation.
