Dawn VanDamme
President & CEO
As President & CEO, Dawn focuses on NimbleUser Operations and Services delivery. Dawn consults with potential clients on the strategic considerations of technology. She also works with our existing clients to develop organizational strategies and to brainstorm solutions to support those strategies. Dawn's past experience includes working at both Eastman Kodak and the American Heart Association. Dawn received her BS in Mathematical Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego. Outside of work Dawn enjoys being with her family, camping, Airstream Campers, hockey and being outside.
Sigmund VanDamme
CCO & Founder
Sig founded NimbleUser under the former name "VanDamme Associates" in 1992. In that time the company has grown significantly. As Chief Customer Officer Sig's primary focus is on the delivery of an outstanding experience to NimbleUser's customers. This effort is all encompassing from the products NimbleUser develops (Nimble AMS, Nimble Mobile, etc), through to the implementation process as well as long term support. Sig's past experience includes working as a Software Developer with Eastman Kodak. Sig received his BS in Computer Science from Mount Union College. Sig enjoys interacting with customers, spending time with his family, camping, Airstream trailers, fitness and hockey.

Matt Rist
Services Manager
As Services Manager for NimbleUser, Matt helps to make sure that clients, partners and employees are happy and able to to do their jobs to the best of their ability. Having over 16 years of experience in web-related technology, Matt started his career as a developer with a web and database focus and moved into project management and consulting. In his free time Matt loves spending time with his wife and two young kids. He enjoys hockey, soccer, golf, the outdoors (except Adirondack black flies), technology and helping people use it to make their lives better.

Janan Compitello
Senior Consultant

As Senior Consultant, Janan helps to guide the development and implementation of technology solutions that best meet our client needs. Janan has over 12 years of experience working with businesses, nonprofit organizations and associations. She was the executive director of two nonprofit arts organizations in Vermont and has worked in Amsterdam, London and Cannes on various Web-based projects. Before coming to NimbleUser, Janan focused specifically on Web site development, online engagement strategies and Web content for nonprofit organizations. In her free time, Janan enjoys supporting local artists, music and travel.
Jeff Golembiewski
Senior Consultant
Jeff Golembiewski brings nearly 19 years of experience working in the nonprofit industry and with iMIS. He is responsible for conducting iMIS implementations for customers, providing training, consulting and business analysis. As a Senior Consultant, Jeff works closely with the sales team & new clients to brainstorm solutions and is very active in industry conferences. Jeff brings a strong skill set to the NimbleUser team after previous experience as the Accounting and Information Systems Manager with the American Financial Services Association and also as a Training Manager with Advanced Solutions International (the developers of iMIS). Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, volleyball, hiking, travel, cooking and home projects.

Angelena Volanth
Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant for NimbleUser, Angelena’s focus is on delivering and managing end-to-end implementations, project management, CRM optimization, ongoing support/maintenance and end-user/admin training. Angelena is certified as an Admin on the Salesfore.com platform and is also ITIL Certified. Her previous role as a Manager with a Professional Services organization has allowed her to bring over 10 years of business experience in IT technical disciplines to NimbleUser. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling (preferably to warmer climates), and reading.
Julie Tracz
Consultant
As a consultant for NimbleUser, Julie's role is two-fold. She works with both potential and current clients. Julie's past experience includes working for the Sisters of Mercy, Rochester Regional Community for over 8 years in the Development Office where she was in charge of the donor database, the annual appeal and several special events. Her time with the Sisters of Mercy provided great insight on non-profit organizations and the fundraising profession. Outside of work Julie enjoys being a mom to her three daughters & son, spending time with her family and friends, being outside, playing volleyball and photography.
Adam Carey
Consultant

Adam brings years of experience with computer information systems into his role as Consultant with NimbleUser. He is responsible for managing and conducting client implementations for iMIS, Public Views, iQA and more. He also provides support for crystal reports,iMIS and other technical areas. His number one objective is to give the client the most enjoyable experience possible, while delivering the best in NimbleUser development and training. Prior to NimbleUser Adam received an AAS in Computer Information Systems from SUNY School of Technology at Alfred and a BA in English Literature from SUNY New Paltz. When not at work, Adam enjoys rock climbing, cycles (pedal and motored), and anything else that requires running or balancing. He also likes taking pictures of the great places he's traveled to and talking about music appreciation.
Ted Husted
Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, Ted Husted concentrates on identifying business needs and crafting solutions that meet an organization's goals, objectives, and budget. Ted brings over 25 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying business applications. He has written four books on unit testing and web development, and often speaks at national conferences on those subjects. Locally, Ted serves as the Business Track Chair for the annual Rochester Security Summit. He also serves as VP of Finance for the Rochester Chapter of the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA). Ted enjoys Kindle books, NetFlix, WBER, spending quality time with his wife and teenage daughter, supporting his son's pursuit of a MBA, and long walks with his dog.
Mendel Guillaume
Senior Developer

As Senior Developer, Mendel solution architects applications and user interfaces for our clients. He plays a lead role in product development and in the implementation of our Web and database/CRM projects. Mendel has a BS in Computer Science and BA in Math from Brooklyn College and a Masters in IT from RIT. Mendel enjoys traveling, photography, playing basketball, reading and cooking.
Craig Ceremuga
Senior Web Developer
Craig is a multi-faceted developer who plays a lead role on most of our Web projects. Craig specializes in front-end development but brings a solid foundation of back end development and integration that ensures a seamless implementation. Craig's keen eye for what works and his depth of knowledge around best practices in Web development and design prove invaluable to any site re-design. Craig received his BS in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In his free time, Craig runs an independent record label that specializes in experimental ambient / noise music distributed under a creative commons license. Craig also enjoys photography and collecting records.

Luke Freeland is a Developer at NimbleUser and is currently working on the salesforce.com platform to develop solutions for associations. Luke has worked at UR, contracted at Xerox, One Communications, and Paychex. Some of his titles included Software Engineer to Programmer/Analyst Lead. His experience has been developing asp.net web applications for internal customers. Luke has B.S. in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo, and a Master's in Business Administration from RIT. Outside of work, Luke enjoys going for walks with his wife, trying new activities (like frisbee golf and eating at new restaurants), and hanging out with family and friends.

Jeff Hube is a Developer for NimbleUser which includes .NET development and Salesforce development. Jeff worked previously for Johnson & Johnson "Ortho Clinical Diagnostics", doing Software Development during a co-op, and has a Bachelor's Degree from RIT in Game Design & Development, with a minor in Computer Science. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys game/graphics programming, soccer, and reading.
Eric Marzinsky
Developer
Eric recently joined NU as a developer on the Web team. Graduating in 2010, Eric has a BS in Information Technology from RIT. His focus on implementing various Content Management Systems (CMS) and innovative solutions for delivering diversified types of content draws upon his recent experience and previous internships. Recent projects at NU include the development of a video microsite that utilizes the Ektron CMS and a robust members-only online community. Eric's passion for technology and gaming supported the adoption and subsequent growth of an online gaming community that also doubles as a tech support forum.

Matt Simonis
Developer
As a Developer on the Web team, Matt plays a role on all of our Web projects. He is also involved in the QA process and with assisting in the creation of solutions for our client needs. Matt is also a member of our support team and he joined us originally as a co-op and came on board as a part time staffer at the end of 2010. Matt is a full-time student pursuing his BS in Information Technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Before NimbleUser, in his spare time, he worked on freelance work for friends and small businesses in his home town, West Chester, PA.

Shane Belmar
Applications Analyst
As an Applications Analyst/Developer at NimbleUser, Shane is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, replicating, diagnosing and resolving user problems. He also troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software for clients. Prior to working for NimbleUser, Shane received his BS in Computer Science from Brooklyn College. He enjoys being at home, traveling, tinkering with anything that has a silicon chip in it, going to the beach and being a new dad.

Miranda Stefano
Service Coordinator
As Service Coordinator, Miranda in involved with Project Coordination, Documentation Development, Communication Facilitation, Project Management Assistance, and Project Scheduling. Miranda has her BS in New Media Publishing from RIT and a Masters of Library Science from the University of Maryland. She has two years experience working at a library IT department, helping to develop new web services and she also has had three years on the west coast, working in sales and marketing coordination. In her spare time she loves to learn as well as teach, exploring off-trail, and bike-riding.
Dave Domagala
Systems Administrator

As NimbleUser's Systems Administrator, Dave performs a large variety of functions. Some primary functions include managing NimbleUsers Hosting Facility, Systems within the NimbleUser Office, as well as providing award winning support/services to NimbleUsers clients and internal staff. Prior to NimbleUser, Dave received his BS in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has had a passion for customer service in various roles over the years, starting early in his career. In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, taking cruises, roller-blading, movies, music and people watching.
Robert Forte
Support Analyst
Robert Forte is a Technical Support Analyst for NimbleUser. He fixes and troubleshoots computer issues, assists in handling of Client related support cases, documents work being done and updates documentation for equipment. He received his Associates degree in Applied Science from Onondaga Community College then transferred to Rochester Institute of Technology where he received his Bachelors degree in Information Technology. Robert also worked in the IT department for a small company in Connecticut prior to coming to NimbleUser. In his spare time he enjoys camping, canoeing, & spending time with family and friends.
Joe Shaben
Account Executive
As an Account Executive for NimbleUser, Joe helps organizations find solutions to that help clients achieve their goals. Joe works with both potential and existing customers to understand the higher level strategic objectives and to propose a solution that works for the organization's timeline, budget and unique needs.Joe's past experience includes working at a software provider in the Washington DC metropolitan area for almost 9 years and providing accounting software solutions.Outside of work Joe enjoys golfing, fishing, and watching most college and pro sports.
Beth Farrar
Marketing & HR
As Marketing & HR Manager,Beth manages the planning, execution & implementation of marketing programs and initiatives including events and company communications. Also, Beth oversees Human Resources at NimbleUser . Prior to NimbleUser, Beth worked in advertising for CVS/Pharmacy headquarters and in HR at Wegmans Food Markets. Beth received her MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and her BS in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading business books/magazines, traveling and learning to cook.
Nancy VanCamp
HR Coordinator

As HR Coordinator, Nancy helps to keep things running at NimbleUser. Nancy handles the bookkeeping and payroll on the operations side of NimbleUser. She has various responsibilities such as supplying support for the staff and clients when they are on site. Prior to working for NimbleUser, Nancy had a similar role at a Marketing Communications firm. When not at work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren at her cottage.
